  • It's best to perform gua sha on clean skin, with clean hands and a clean gua sha tool. Using a facial oil (we recommend BIOACTIVE COMPLEX), apply a generous amount to your face, neck, and chest - and very gently apply long strokes with the tool across your skin in a sculpting motion. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin.
